The project focuses on redesigning the website for Angela and Dennis Buttimer, renowned psychology and leadership experts. Their mission is to aid individuals and organizations in achieving growth and transformation through deep psychological insights and practical leadership strategies. The current website lacks user engagement and does not effectively communicate their value proposition.

The redesign aims to create a more intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable user experience, ultimately leading to increased user engagement, better communication of their services, and higher conversion rates. The project will span over a period of two months, involving thorough user research, prototyping, testing, and final implementation.

"Your Thought Leaders" offers coaching, workshops, and keynote speeches, simplifying complex psychological and leadership concepts into actionable strategies. Their personalized, evidence-based approach is designed to help clients overcome challenges, enhance communication, and lead effectively.

The core problem users face is the difficulty in navigating the current website. Users find it challenging to locate information about services, understand the benefits of the offerings, and engage with the content. The website’s structure and design do not effectively communicate the expertise and personalized approach of Angela and Dennis Buttimer, resulting in low user engagement and conversion rates.

The Goal

The goal of this case study is to redesign the website to improve user experience by making it more intuitive and engaging. This includes enhancing the navigation, clearly presenting information about services, and showcasing the unique value proposition of Angela and Dennis Buttimer. The redesign aims to increase user engagement, improve communication, and ultimately boost conversion rates.
