Our Website Care Plan Audit is designed to take a deeper look at your website, how it has been built, the plugins in use, security setup and more. Think of it like a health check for your website. We need to make sure that your website is healthy and in good order, so that we can then continue to help you manage the website on an ongoing basis.
After completing our Website Care Plan Audit, we’ll provide you with a report of our findings and any action points that we recommend taking care of.

Graphic design services are not included in our WordPress website management plans. You must provide your own images you want added to the website. If you need image edits, we can do so at our $75 hourly rate.
Website tasks include any task that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete and typically covers things like adding a testimonials section or a team member profile section to your website. These tasks do not cover the addition of advanced features such as a complete online shop or e-commerce, membership section, advanced forms & additional plugins or overall design changes. If you need to add additional functionality, a quote request will be required due to the setup complexity and nature of these add-ons.

We first like to do a Website Care Audit to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With this audit, we will make a list of issues that need attention and suggestions for any improvements needed prior to proceeding with a website monthly maintenance plan. If you need to sell a product or service, a WordPress payment form offers a straightforward way to start selling online and meet your customers where they want to be. This service is available on our Performance plan. With the use of our premium plugins, we can integrate with Merchant accounts such as Stripe, Paypal, 2Checkout, and Authorize.net.
We do not provide website support for Ecommerce websites (shopping cart or Woocommerce platforms).
We do support simple Paypal or stripe form integrations.
The official support desk hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. All requests are conducted between these hours. Non-critical requests will be handled during support desk hours on the next business day according to your plan’s turn around time. Those on our Elite plan are covered for weekend Emergency Response for critical issues.
Ad-Hoc Requests & Overage require a subscription to one of our monthly website maintenance plans and are billed additionally at a discounted hourly rate. These plans are offered on a subscription basis and do need to be paid monthly in advance.
Emergency Response is available during non-business hours for emergencies for our Performance Plans; weekend hourly rate applies to work completed during non-business hours after the first hour. Regular hourly rate applies for work completed during business hours. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm..
